Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 3:12 PM ET) -- The city of Chattanooga, Tenn., agreed Tuesday to pay more than $475,000 in civil penalties and implement $250 million worth of improvements to its sewer system, in order to resolve Clean Water Act claims over untreated raw sewage overflows.
