7th Circ. Orders NCR To Spend $70M More On Superfund Site

Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 4:23 PM ET) -- Finding that cleanup costs cannot easily be divided based on quantities of pollutants released, the Seventh Circuit on Friday said NCR Corp. must complete roughly $70 million worth of additional cleanup at Wisconsin's Lower Fox River Superfund site, where total remediation will cost about $1 billion.
