Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 7:19 PM ET) -- New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Thursday his administration would pump $107 million into a program to encourage new solar installations on business properties and municipal buildings, part of an ongoing effort to bolster the state’s solar industry.
