Pittsburgh Utility Wants Out Of Suit Over $400M Redevelopment

Law360, Philadelphia (September 07, 2012, 5:47 PM ET) -- The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority asked a Pennsylvania federal judge Wednesday to dismiss it from an environmental advocacy group's suit alleging the utility failed to enforce permit terms connected with a 55-acre, $400 million redevelopment project currently on tap in the city’s downtown.
