Oil Group Slams EPA Biofuel Mandates As 'Insane'

Law360, Washington (December 10, 2012, 5:09 PM ET) -- The American Petroleum Institute told a D.C. Circuit panel on Monday that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency needs to "face reality" and rethink its renewable biofuel quotas for gasoline and diesel refiners, claiming the agency has consistently set unattainable requirements despite negligible biofuel production.
