Pa. Can't Shake Enviro Group's Suit Over Fracking Law

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 2:39 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court refused Tuesday to toss an environmental group's suit challenging amendments to a state law that diverts money from an oil and gas lease fund meant to protect state parks and mandates leasing protected lands to allow for hydraulic fracturing.
