DC Circ. Hands API Partial Win In Row Over EPA Biofuel Rule

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 5:19 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday awarded the American Petroleum Institute a partial victory in its battle against a federal renewable fuels mandate, rejecting the energy industry group's general challenge of the 2012 advanced biofuel standard but granting a more narrow request to vacate the government's cellulosic biofuel quota.
