Cargill, Others Say Bridgestone Owes $85M For Cleanup

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 1:59 PM ET) -- A Bridgestone Americas Inc. unit was hit with an environmental cleanup suit in Ohio federal court Friday from Cargill Inc. and six other companies who claim the tire manufacturer dumped toxic waste at a now-contaminated landfill and must contribute $85 million in past and future response costs.
