Law360, Houston (January 28, 2013, 3:56 PM ET) -- TransCanada Corp. on Friday reached an accord in Texas court preventing several protesting environmental groups from interfering with construction of a segment of the oil and gas giant’s Keystone XL Pipeline that crosses through the northeast corner of the state.
A pair of agreed injunctions prohibit Tar Sands Blockade Group, Rising Tide North America, Rising Tide Texas and several individuals from impeding TransCanada’s building activities and ability to access lands in Texas and Oklahoma it has seized for the pipeline.
