Sierra Club Rips NJ Gov. For Offshore Wind Delays

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 9:11 PM ET) -- The president of the Sierra Club’s New Jersey chapter excoriated Gov. Chris Christie for his delay in implementing a program that would provide tax credits to offshore wind energy developers at a state Senate committee hearing Monday.

Jeff Tittel of the Sierra Club's New Jersey chapter testified before the state Assembly’s financial oversight committee, which convened to discuss why implementation of the Offshore Wind and Economic Development Act has been delayed for nearly two and a half years after it was signed by Christie.
