Shell, Others Take $92M Fuel Cleanup Fight To Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 4:36 PM ET) -- Shell Oil Co. and others announced Wednesday that they're appealing to the U.S. Federal Circuit a recent decision that released the U.S. from $92 million in cleanup cost obligations at sites contaminated with aviation fuel from World War II.
