Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 6:52 PM ET) -- Sweden's leading onshore wind power company, Arise Windpower AB, has struck a deal with a historic Scottish estate to build a 35-turbine wind farm on the property, the developer announced Thursday.
Arise will house its next international project on Argyll Estates, according to the soon-to-be wind farm host. Anchored by the 267-year-old Inveraray Castle, a major tourist attraction, Argyll was the ancestral home of the Scottish Duke of Argyll, who headed the Campbell clan, historically one of the most powerful families in Scotland.
