Australia OKs $675M Whitehaven Coal Project Days After Delay

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 6:44 PM ET) -- Australia has granted conditional approval to Whitehaven Coal Ltd.'s $675 million coal project in New South Wales, reversing its days-old decision to delay the project for a third time, Australia's federal environment minister said Monday.
