Law360, Washington (February 11, 2013, 5:53 PM ET) -- A bipartisan group of U.S. House of Representative lawmakers introduced a bill Friday that could streamline the permitting process for renewable energy projects on federal land, claiming bureaucracy has stymied growth in the industry.
