Fracking In NY Would Harm NJ Too, Lawmakers Tell Cuomo

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 6:45 PM ET) -- A group of New Jersey lawmakers continued their war against hydraulic fracturing on Monday, urging New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in a letter to prevent the natural gas exploration technique in his state because the effects could harm New York’s neighboring states.
