Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 8:04 PM ET) -- Pest control company Forshaw Industries Inc. on Tuesday accused Insurco Ltd. and several of its agents of improperly denying coverage in chemical pollution litigation and operating an illegal insurance business.
Insurco said it would provide Forshaw with coverage for unintended and unexpected chemical leaks, spills and pollution in order to induce the company to purchase insurance policies, but in 2009 allegedly denied Forshaw's claims related to a spill at a North Carolina facility, according to the complaint.
