NJ Appeals Panel Backs DEP Ruling On Sewer-Overflow Permit

Law360, New York (March 07, 2013, 3:25 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Thursday that the state Department of Environmental Protection properly rejected a request from environmental groups seeking to revoke a general permit allowing municipalities to discharge mixtures of sanitary wastewater and stormwater into rivers and streams when needed.
