$500M LA Harbor Rail Yard Moves Closer To Breaking Ground

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 2:29 PM ET) -- The Los Angeles Harbor Commission certified an environmental impact report for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Co.'s proposed $500 million rail yard on Thursday, paving the way for construction of the eco-friendly waterfront project to start later this year.
