NJ Tax Bill Debate Postponed As Enviro Group Attacks

Law360, New York (April 04, 2013, 9:07 PM ET) -- The New Jersey General Assembly’s Budget Committee on Thursday postponed discussion of a new bill aimed at spurring job growth through billions of dollars in corporate tax incentives partially offset by clean-energy cuts, providing its sponsor time to tweak it and the environmental group that opposes it time to sharpen its knives.
