White House Urged To Resist Export Climate Change Review

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 6:58 PM ET) -- U.S. Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., kept up his opposition to the federal government using federal environmental law to block exports because of greenhouse gas emissions produced after the products leave the country on Thursday, urging the White House to abandon any plans to consider such a measure.
