Fla. Land-Buying Amendment Heads For High Court Review

Law360, Miami (April 05, 2013, 8:54 PM ET) -- An environmental group said Thursday that it had enough signatures to trigger Florida Supreme Court review of a proposed state constitutional amendment that would dedicate part of a real estate tax to fund the state's land-buying conservation program.
