JM Huber Sues CNA Units For Coverage Of Oil Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (April 05, 2013, 1:46 PM ET) -- JM Huber Corp. has sued two CNA Financial Corp. units in New Jersey for allegedly refusing to defend or indemnify the engineered materials maker in litigation accusing various companies of contributing to environmental contamination because of oil and gas operations on a collection of Louisiana properties.
