FERC Won't Rehear Ruling On Wind Power Contract

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 1:25 PM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday refused to revisit a previous order finding Idaho's largest utility is required to buy power under a wind farm supply contract even when demand slips, saying the decision was an appropriate interpretation of its regulations.
