Kodak Scores Deal To Avoid Enviro Liabilities

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 5:03 PM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Friday landed a deal with the New York Department of Environmental Conservation that will protect it against environmental liabilities related to the 1,200-acre industrial complex it is selling for $8.5 million.
