Judge Won't Revisit Dropping Ex-BP Exec's Obstruction Claim

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 7:20 PM ET) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Friday refused to bring back obstruction charges against a former BP PLC executive accused of misleading Congress about the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, shooting down a bid from federal prosecutors two days after receiving the request.
