Calif. Water Group Settles $400M Desalination Project Row

Law360, New York (August 02, 2013, 1:41 PM ET) -- After months of negotiation, the California American Water Co. has struck a massive settlement deal with local agencies, environmental activists and others that paves the way for it to move forward with a long-delayed $400 million desalination project, according to a Wednesday statement.
