Obama Orders Chemical Storage Revamp After Texas Blast

Law360, New York (August 01, 2013, 5:13 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama directed federal agencies Thursday to re-evaluate their oversight of chemical storage facilities in the wake of a Texas fertilizer plant blast that killed 15, hoping to develop a more unified federal approach to safety enforcement.
