DOI Seeks Delay In Calif. Casino Land Row

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 2:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior on Thursday asked a Washington federal judge to stay an effort to block it from purchasing land in California for a Native American casino and hotel and remand a previous approval of the plan so that it can comply with notice requirements.
