Enviros Threaten Suit Over California Offshore Fracking

Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 3:00 PM ET) -- The Center for Biological Diversity on Thursday urged federal offshore drilling regulators to halt hydraulic fracturing activities off the coast of California until they analyze its environmental impacts, threatening to sue the government if it doesn't comply.
