NJ Judge Trims Claims In Class Suit Over Train Derailment

Law360, Los Angeles (October 04, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge trimmed claims Friday in a consolidated class action against Consolidated Rail Corp. over a 2012 train derailment and chemical spill in New Jersey, but said a negligence claim could stand because the victims sufficiently alleged a duty of care.
