Enviros Take Fight Over NC Bridge To 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 07, 2013, 7:18 PM ET) -- Two environmental groups last week said they would appeal a federal judge’s dismissal of their lawsuit seeking to stop the North Carolina Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration from building a bridge in North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
