BP Wants $10B Toxic Emissions Litigation Expedited

Law360, Houston (November 20, 2013, 7:12 PM ET) -- BP PLC filed a proposal in Texas state court Tuesday for expediting the $10 billion litigation being pursued by thousands of people who live near a refinery once operated by the energy giant who say they were exposed to toxic emissions in 2010.
