Renewables Win Big In Proposed Energy Tax Overhaul

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 6:03 PM ET) -- Renewable energy developers should cheer U.S. Senate Finance Chair Max Baucus' plan to compress a patchwork of energy tax credits into two broad, emissions-based credits for clean electricity and clean transportation fuel, because it would secure the continued existence of the incentives project owners rely on to attract investors, experts say.
