Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 3:42 PM ET) -- A former Deepwater Horizon claims center attorney accused of misconduct asked a Louisiana federal judge Wednesday to reject the court-ordered independent report containing the allegations, arguing that it contains no evidence that he directly manipulated payments from the BP PLC settlement fund.
