China Denies EU Wine Probe Was Payback For Solar Row

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 6:29 PM ET) -- China's Commerce Ministry on Wednesday said it was open to negotiations with the European Union to resolve a duty investigation into European wine imports, and deflected claims that the wine probe had been launched as retaliation for a prior dispute over solar panels.
