Criminal Charges For XTO Fracking Spill Advance In Pa.

Law360, Philadelphia (January 02, 2014, 5:02 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state magistrate judge ruled on Thursday that criminal charges against Exxon-Mobil Corp. unit XTO Energy Inc. over illegally spilling more than 50,000 gallons of toxic wastewater from a Marcellus Shale gas well site will move forward.
