Out of Ch. 11, W.R. Grace Pays $63M Toward Enviro Cleanup

Law360, Chicago (February 5, 2014, 8:29 PM ET) -- Freshly reorganized after more than a decade under court protection, W.R. Grace & Co. has paid more than $63 million to the federal government under its bankruptcy plan to fund environmental cleanup efforts at dozens of sites across the country, the U.S. Department of Justice said Wednesday.
