Law360, New York (April 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Tremont LLC has filed suit against Halliburton Energy Services Inc., seeking repayment of all current and future costs Tremont has incurred relating to sites of NL Industries Inc.’s former petroleum business.
In addition to filing its complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Tremont also filed its allegations as counterclaims in a pending suit brought by Halliburton in the same court.
