Judge Rules For Tremont In Halliburton Dispute

Law360, New York (July 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge in Texas has affirmed an arbitrator's decision in a dispute between Halliburton Energy Services Inc. and Tremont LLC over costs stemming from the cleanup of NL Industries Inc.'s former petroleum businesses.
