EPA Too Slow In Curbing Mercury Pollution: Report

Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Unregulated cement kilns in the United States are emitting mercury pollution at more than twice the levels previously projected by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which has failed to take the necessary action to curb the problem, a new report alleges.
