Conservationists Sue To Stop Utah Gas Drilling

Law360, New York (August 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A coalition of environmental and historical preservation activists has sued the U.S. Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management in an attempt to halt the expansion of natural gas drilling in a remote corner of Utah.
