2nd Circ. Pushes Indian Pesticide Action Forward

Law360, New York (November 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court ruling and greenlighted a class action alleging that thousands of people in Bhopal, India, were seriously and fatally harmed by polluted drinking water caused by a Union Carbide Corp. pesticide plant.
