Tackling Climate Change During Economic Turmoil

Law360, New York (January 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- President Barack Obama has pledged to push climate change toward the top of his 2009 agenda. He will have support from leaders of the 111th Congress, who are expected to introduce comprehensive climate change legislation.
