Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Environmental nonprofit group WildEarth Guardians has notified the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of its intent to sue over the agency's alleged failure to address interstate transport of air pollution in seven Western states.
