Law360, New York (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- An association of Boston taxi drivers representing 150 cabs has sued the city, in a bid to overturn a rule requiring that all taxis be new hybrid-powered vehicles by 2015.
The Boston Taxicab Operators Association filed a claim on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, alleging the city of Boston violated federal law when it implemented the new regulation.
