Law360, New York (April 14, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a move that could spawn controls on carbon dioxide emissions under the Clean Water Act, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is studying ocean acidification to determine whether it should revise its aquatic life criterion for marine pH.
