The Parties SHALL include an update on the scheduling of the two Microsoft depositions and completion of Microsoft-related discovery.
The request to allow lead counsel not to appear [Dkt. 201 ] is DENIED AS MOOT in light of this Order. Going forward, the Parties SHALL include in the DMC Status Report any requests for lawyers who are not lead counsel to appear at the DMC, instead of submitting separate motions or stipulations such as Dkt. 201 . See Discovery Standing Order Section I.
The Parties SHALL continue to meet all discovery deadlines, all other deadlines set by prior Discovery Management Orders and continue to cooperate reasonably on discovery issues.
