ELECTRONIC ORDER STRIKING 102 Motion for Leave to File Under Seal. Local Rule 7.1(h) requires motions for leave to be filed with a certificate of conference. Plaintiff's Motion lacks such a certificate. The Court also reminds the parties that motions for leave to file under seal should comply with the standard set forth in June Medical Services, LLC v. Philips, 22 F.4th 512 (5th Cir. 2022). This requires a "document-by-document" and "line-by-line" analysis that a simple reference to the Protective Order does not provide. See id. at 521. Plaintiff's motion for leave, if amended and refiled, should reflect the nature of that inquiry. The clerk is directed to STRIKE Plaintiff's Motion (Doc. 102) and its accompanying exhibits from the record (those documents are, however, to remain under seal). Plaintiff is directed to file a new motion for leave, on or before August 14, 2026, addressing the deficiencies outlined above. (Ordered by Senior Judge Jane J Boyle on 8/4/2026) (chmb)
