Plaintiffs filed a motion at ECF No. 433 requesting that ECF No. 427-3 be sealed at the request of third-party Dominance. This Court ordered third-party Dominance to provide justification as to why ECF No. 427-3 should be sealed by 7/15/2026. Third-party Dominance filed its motion requesting sealing at ECF No. 674. As such, ECF No. 433 is DENIED as moot. This Court will address third-party Dominances motion at ECF No. 674 in due course.
