District Judge Angel Kelley: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, [Dkt. 26] Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is resolved with this preliminary injunction GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART, with the following orders: -To the extent Insurify does not display the Confie Marks in its search engine advertisement and the landing webpage linked to the ad, Insurify is not prohibited from keyword bidding, irrespective of whether in conjunction with or without DKI. -Insurify is enjoined from using the Confie Marks as proposed in the Revised Review and Company List Webpages. Any display of the Confie Marks on Insurify’s webpages shall accurately represent the relationship between Confie and Insurify. -As stipulated between the parties, regarding keyword bidding in search engine advertising in conjunction with DKI, Insurify will not display any of Confie Marks “in the text of any Insurify advertisements on Google, Bing, Yahoo[!], and any other search engine.” [Dkt. 44 ¶ 1]. SO ORDERED.(CEH)
